AtC Chibis: To-Do List

In order to help me keep track of what each doll needs, I'm putting together a TDL for each group. The Resembool Chibis are a fairly small group, but they've definitely got work to do. Having a list I can visually mark off definitely helps; as things are struck out, they're largely done, and as they're greyed out, they're complete and ready for me to move on.
