City of Water: To-Do List

In order to help me keep track of what each doll needs, I'm putting together a TDL for each group. Luckily, this is a very small group, with a lot of work already done! Having a list I can visually mark off for the rest should keep me on track; as things are struck out, they're largely done, and as they're greyed out, they're complete and ready for me to move on.
